Full Stack Developer / Senior Full Stack Developer

React.js, Python and GenAI Applications

Location: Singapore

Employment Term: 12-month renewable contract

Openings: 2 positions

We are seeking talented Full Stack Developers to join our technology delivery team in Singapore. The successful candidates will work on the design, development and enhancement of modern web applications, backend services and AI-enabled solutions.

We are hiring for two levels:

• Full Stack Developer: 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead: 6–9 years of relevant experience

Both positions require strong hands-on development experience in React.js and Python. The senior candidate will also be expected to provide technical guidance, lead development activities and support other developers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services, business logic and APIs using Python.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL.
• Implement secure authentication and authorisation mechanisms using JWT and OAuth.
• Support cloud-based deployment and application containerisation.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled applications, including LLM integration, prompt engineering and agentic AI solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow engineering best practices.

Additional Responsibilities for the Senior Role

The Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead will also be expected to:

• Lead development activities and provide technical guidance to other developers.
• Remain hands-on in application design, coding and issue resolution.
• Review solution architecture, code quality and technical standards.
• Support technical planning, effort estimation and task prioritisation.
• Mentor junior developers and assist the team in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Recommend suitable technologies and development approaches for new solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience in React.js.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Good working knowledge of:

Salary Range

The salary package will be offered based on experience, technical capability and seniority:

• Full Stack Developer: SGD 5,500–6,500 per month
• Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead: SGD 7,000–8,500 per month
• Candidates with strong hands-on GenAI and agentic AI delivery experience may be considered at a higher salary range.

Due to project requirements, preference will be given to candidates who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
