Time Type: Full Time
- Deliver technical readiness, process stability, and continuous improvement through robust engineering support.
- Lead testing workflow setup, equipment configuration, and SOP/WI implementation.
- Own equipment lifecycle management including maintenance and technical upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive process improvements.
- Support NPI, new line introduction, and process changes.
- Deliver machine- and equipment-related training to operations.
- Serve as escalation point for technical and equipment-related issues.
- 8 years of engineering experience with strong hands-on capability.
- Proven experience in process and equipment implementation.
