Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, developing and coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) models, and preparing detailed construction drawings. The role also involves collaborating with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to ensure the accuracy and buildability of project designs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in related software
• Knowledge of Architecture and experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs
• Skill in creating and interpreting construction drawings
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and regulations is an advantage
