Job Responsibilities:

Event planning and event coordinatio

• nResponsible for job requisitions, ideation and new idea research
• .Source for event venue/items
• .Prepare event run-down & cue sheet
• .Monitor projects' progress and budget
• .Liaise with vendors, talent/influencers and venue registration
• .Act as the point of contact and communicate event status to all parties
• .To prepare all the necessary documentations (eg. License application, insurance, work permit, confirmation order, delivery order and etc)
