We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our inbound and outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales or IT system integrated business, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a small team of inbound and outbound sales representatives

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives

Drive sales performance through effective coaching, training, and performance management

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to senior management
