Administrative:

• Complete daily production reports and machine logs accurately
• Ensure proper documentation of production activities
• Follow all SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Operations & Production:

• Operate SMT machines including solder paste printer, pick-and-place, and reflow oven
• Perform machine setup, feeder loading, and product changeover
• Monitor production output to meet daily targets
• Ensure correct materials and programs are used for each job

Quality & Process Control:

• Conduct first article inspection and basic quality checks
• Inspect PCB assemblies for common SMT defects (missing components, misalignment, solder issues)
• Ensure compliance with process parameters and work instructions
• Maintain ESD control and cleanliness in the SMT area

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve minor machine issues and alarms
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Escalate major machine or process issues to technicians or engineers

-Allowances provided (General + Transport)

-Overtime (OT) available (paid according to OT rate)

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
