Responsibilities:
Program Management & Execution
- Lead full product lifecycle activities from NPI, pilot build, production ramp, mass production, to sustaining phase.
- Define program scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and execution plans.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality targets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Engineering & NPI teams, Manufacturing operations, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement & Sourcing, and Quality Assurance teams.
Production Ramp & Operational Readiness
- Ensure readiness for production builds, including materials, tooling, test equipment, and manpower.
- Support capacity planning and production ramp-up activities.
- Manage a smooth transition from NPI into mass production.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Work with Planning and Procurement teams to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize shortages.
- Mitigate risks related to long lead-time components and supply disruptions.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and manage risks related to schedule, yield, quality, cost, and supply chain.
- Lead issue resolution and escalation management across functions.
- Maintain risk mitigation and recovery plans.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor key operational KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Yield performance, Cycle time, WIP status, Cost versus budget.
- Prepare and present program status updates to management and customers.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer program updates.
- Manage customer expectations and support escalations.
- Participate in customer audits, reviews, and operational meetings.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, yield, and operational performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in Program/Project Management within manufacturing, semiconductor, or test equipment environment.
- Strong understanding of NPI, production ramp, manufacturing flow, yield, and supply chain operations.
- Good leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs under tight timelines.
