Role Overview

As Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will partner with business stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and maintain internal and client-facing applications. You will play a vital role in addressing business needs through practical software solutions and contribute across full application lifecycle.

This is a hands-on software engineering role. Applicants should have experience writing production code and deploying applications to live environments.

Key Responsibilities

·      Build, test and maintain web-based applications.

·      Design and manage application databases, APIs and integrations.

·      Develop front-end user interfaces and back-end services to support business processes.

·      Conduct code reviews and perform codebase validation to ensure quality, consistency and

maintainability.

·      Deploy, monitor and maintain applications in cloud-hosted environments.

·      Implement authentication, authorization, audit logging and security controls.

·      Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects and provide ongoing application support.

·      Maintain technical documentation, source code repositories, and development standards.

Qualifications

·      Proven experience developing, testing and deploying production web applications

·      Proven experience in front-end frameworks, backend services, and cloud deployment

environments.

·      Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and modern programming languages

(Java, C#, Python, or PHP)

·      Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and working with APIs and

system integration.

·      Experience integrating third-party systems through APIs.

·      Experience using Git and version control workflows.

·      Experience using AI-assisted development tools and automation platforms.

·      Understanding of software architecture, system integration, database design principles,

authentication & authorisation, and role-based access control.

·      Understanding of software testing, debugging, and quality assurance practices and CI/CD

pipeline.

·      Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
