Job Summary

Create visual impact in all marketing campaigns, retail communication and other related brand visibility projects. Always innovative and willing to explore new ideas, challenge the norms and inspire the creative team to achieve better results in accordance to the business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Creative Direction

• Set and maintain creative guidelines and corporate identity (CI) aligned with the company’s brand direction.
• Ensure consistency across all visual and communication materials.

Retail & Visual Experience

• Lead the development of effective point-of-purchase (POP) materials to improve store visibility and enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with store interior designers to integrate communication tools and visual narratives that reflect branding, seasonal themes, and promotions.

Team Management & Workflow Oversight

• Manage a creative team of graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.
• Prioritize tasks, oversee daily operations, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Content Creation & Marketing Support

• Produce engaging digital content for various platforms, including visuals, GIFs, and short videos tailored to social media audiences.
• Review and approve creative materials to ensure they meet marketing objectives.

Strategy & Cross-Department Collaboration

• Stay informed on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to drive fresh, competitive ideas.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (e.g. Project, Merchandising, Planogram, Operations) to align creative strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in related field
• Preferably with 3 - 5 years' experience in related field
• Knowledge on Visual Merchandising would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Video editing software (FinalCutPro, iMovie or Movie Maker)
