• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with freight forwarders, couriers, and other transportation providers to ensure timely movement of shipments.
• Prepare and manage export and customs documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Communicate with manufacturing teams and other company locations regarding order prioritization, shipment status, export documentation requirements, intercompany shipments, customer-direct shipments, and denied-party screening processes.
• Facilitate timely customs clearance of imports by providing required information to carriers and customs brokers.
• Provide guidance on changes to company policies, procedures, trade terms, government regulations, and industry requirements affecting import and export operations.
• Share knowledge and best practices across departments through formal and informal training opportunities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain and update Business Operating Procedures related to import/export compliance policies and procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of Trade Compliance data fields in ERP systems (e.g., HTS Codes, Country of Origin, ECCN) for existing and newly created item master records.
• Review weekly freight payment submissions from third-party freight payment providers for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities and implement corrective actions to achieve logistics cost savings.
• Investigate and resolve import/export discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer complaints.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
