DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, hostel etc).
- To monitor staff attendance, i.e. Punctuality, leave application, etc.
- Assist HR & Admin to update and prepare annual headcount report and organization chart.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in local languages and also good writing skills.
- Possess meticulous, detailed and well-organized skills to meet deadlines and able to work independently.
- Able to work independently, matured, pleasant, reliable and result oriented with positive work attitude.
- Proficient in computer software application specifically with MS Excel and numerically inclined.
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- Min Qualification: Degree/Diploma Human Resources Management/ Business Administration
- Min Experience: 1 years relevant experience in HR & Administration proficiency
