Job Summary
An HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws and company policies. The role helps ensure a productive, positive, and legally compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative activities.
- Assist in performance appraisal and talent management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required by management.
- Participate in organizational development and culture-building initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Min. 1-2 years working experience in human resources is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
