Responsibilities
you will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors. Your key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming and assisting patients, visitors, and walk-in enquiries.
* Managing patient registrations, appointments, and scheduling.
* Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other customer enquiries.
* Handling billing, payments, receipts, and daily administrative transactions.
* Maintaining accurate patient records and clinic documentation.
* Coordinating appointments and communication between patients and physiotherapists.
* Sending appointment reminders and following up with patients when required.
* Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
* Assisting with basic marketing activities, social media updates, and promotional campaigns.
* Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and performing general administrative duties.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
