Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant – Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare documents, reports, letters, and presentations.
* Assist in data entry and updating company records.
* Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
* Liaise with internal departments and external parties when required.
* Assist with document processing, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries.
* Help with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking or expense claims.
* Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
To assist in photostatting, filling and other documents within the department.
-Perform data entry for special on-going projects.
-Perform daily clerical duties such as answering and screening telephone calls; taking messages; and other routine duties necessary to assist senior personnel and departmental management.
-Prepare and key in document for monthly/daily Stock Take
-Involve in stock take activity (raw materials, semi-finished/WIP, finished goods)
-Ensure that on-site production documents comply with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant regulatory requirements.

Mandarin speaker and aged below 25years old.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
