Location: Mid Valley Southkey (Johor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales by setting performance targets, motivating the team, and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by coaching and developing the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement appropriate action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Passionate in the retail environment and strives for operational excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business, especially the store team.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Results oriented and possess a keen eye for detail.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
