Responsibilities:-

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle issues or service needs.
• Conducting vehicle inspections and listening to customer descriptions of problems.
• Providing cost estimates for repairs or maintenance services.
• Advising customers on recommended services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating service timelines.
• Communicating with technicians about the scope of work required.
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs needed.
• Explaining repairs and services to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of services provided.

Requirements :-

• Certificate or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, or related fields.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sound technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the use of automotive software and systems.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
