1. Prefer minimum 1 -2 years experience in Building Maintenance works

2. Prefer basic Certificate in Electrical, Plumbing or Civil Works or PW1 /2

3. Good customer service orientated worker is encouraged.

4. Willing to assist on call whenever necessary and work after office hours.

5. Work as a team player

6. willing to do Over Time

7. Those without experience in Building Management will be considered but salary will be revised
