About The Role

  • Support in tracking shipment schedules and updating details in SAP.
  • Learn end to end shipment processes, Incoterms. to end shipment and customs operations.
  • Collect and verify key shipping documents and uploading using Power Automate.
  • Support in delivering automation effort across teams to simplify work processes
  • Participate in improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans and timelines
  • Assist the team in tactical projects according to the objectives
  • Administrative management of import-export and customs activities
  • Prepare documentation of standard order management tasks and exceptional tasks
  • Prepare reporting and data analysis.
