This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Baru Healthcare & Training, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee recruitment and retention processes, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and design HR policies. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing training programs, managing performance evaluation systems, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.

• Proficiency in recruitment, employee retention, and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and policy development
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment
• Ability to develop and implement training and development programs
• Skills in performance management and creating evaluation frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Analytical thinking and proficiency in HR software or tools
• Experience in the healthcare or training industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Certification in HR is a plus)
