Role Summary

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about automotive logistics? CariCarz AutoMall is seeking a structured Inventory Executive to manage and oversee our extensive indoor vehicle fleet. Operating directly out of Malaysia’s largest indoor consignment automotive hub, your mission is to manage physical vehicle stock incoming and outgoing, handle vehicle preparation logistics, and ensure our digital platform perfectly matches our showroom floor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management & Audit: Systematically track, log, and audit all incoming consignment, pre-owned, and recon vehicles within our 180,000 sq ft physical showroom.
  • Vehicle Preparation Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to arrange mandatory Puspakom inspections, detailing, washing, and professional photography (such as 360 interior/exterior captures) for newly onboarded units.
  • Key & Document Control: Securely manage, organize, and track all physical vehicle keys, car grants, service records, and related paperwork for the entire inventory.
  • Platform & Data Accuracy: Keep the CariCarz digital dealer dashboard and live portal updated with accurate vehicle details, pricing changes, stock availability statuses, and inspection reports.
  • Showroom Logistics: Plan and coordinate strategic vehicle arrangements and floor movements within the all-weather indoor facility to maximize presentation value for walk-in buyers.


Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in Inventory Management, Logistics Coordinator, Showroom Admin, or Fleet Operations (experience within a car dealership or automotive platform is highly preferred).
  • Skills: Exceptionally organized, strong attention to detail, and proficient in using Google Sheets, Excel, or basic CRM/Inventory systems.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written skills in BM and English (ability to communicate basic Mandarin/local dialects is a plus when dealing with multi-lingual vendors and transporters).
  • License: Must possess a valid Class D Driving License and be highly confident in safely maneuvering and parking various types of vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, MPVs, Continental cars).
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
