Preferred Hiring Profile

Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or related technical fields.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in electroplating, wastewater treatment, or manufacturing is an added advantage.

Job Purpose

To support the daily operation of plating processes, laboratory testing, wastewater treatment, scheduled waste management, and quality control activities to ensure stable production quality, environmental compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plating Process Control

• Monitor Nickel, Copper, and Chrome plating processes.
• Perform routine chemical analysis of plating baths.
• Assist in troubleshooting plating-related issues.

2. Laboratory Testing & Analysis

• Conduct daily laboratory testing.
• Maintain testing records and reports.
• Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance.

3. Wastewater Treatment Operations

• Monitor wastewater treatment system performance.
• Conduct wastewater sampling and testing.
• Ensure compliance with DOE requirements.

4. Scheduled Waste Management

• Maintain scheduled waste inventory records.
• Coordinate waste storage and disposal.
• Liaise with licensed waste contractors.

5. Quality & Process Improvement

• Support process optimization projects.
• Reduce chemical consumption, defects, downtime, and waste.

6. Technical Documentation

• Maintain laboratory, process, environmental, and inventory records.

7. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with DOE requirements, environmental regulations, and company safety policies.
