Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing information, pricing, taxes, and supporting documents.
• Monitor billing schedules and ensure timely invoicing to customers.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve invoice-related issues.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
• Reconcile billing data with operational and financial records.
• Prepare billing reports and assist in tracking outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing operations.
• Assist with month-end closing, audits, and other finance-related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with relevant working experience; fresh graduates with a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, or finance-related functions will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
