We are inviting suitably qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following vacancy:

POSITION: Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies
• Analyze drawings and specifications to calculate material and labor costs
• Manage project finances and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
• Monitor project progress and handle variations (change orders)
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors hen required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Relevant work experience in construction or cost management, infrastructure, substation, or industrial projects will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Willing to be based at office in Bandar Puteri, Puchong.
