Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination: Scheduling and directing drivers or courier staff to ensure timely delivery of products, packages, or materials.
• Documentation: Verifying invoices, packing lists, and delivery documents before dispatch.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of daily deliveries, driver information, and vehicle maintenance.
• Tracking & Monitoring: Monitoring the progress of deliveries and using GPS technology to adjust schedules in real-time.
• Communication: Acting as the main point of contact between customers,, field personnel, and, at times, managing internal courier needs (e.g., banking, document delivery).
• Problem Solving: Resolving issues related to, damaged goods, or incorrect orders.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in navigation tools or dispatch software.
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm during emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local roads.
