· To be able to calculate the cost of construction for projects tendering based on tender drawings and documents, including sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors where necessary

· To prepare claims and final claim to the Architect / Client

· To evaluate and recommend on sub-contractor’s interim and final claims

· To administer and coordinate site orders of materials and machineries where necessary

· To perform quantity take off as and when required

· measure and value the work done on site

· To be able to calculate the cost of construction for projects tendering based on tender drawings and documents, including sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors where necessary

· To prepare claims and final claim to the Architect / Client

· All document submission should be authorize by Contract Manager

• Degree pf Quantity Surveyor
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Good communication skill and Computer skill.
• Ability to work independently
• Team Player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
