1. Production Management

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily manufacturing activities
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Optimize workflow to improve efficiency and reduce waste

2. Quality Control

• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Work with QA/QC teams to resolve defects and improve processes
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

3. Team Supervision

• Supervise production staff and machine operators
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback
• Ensure proper manpower allocation

4. Process Improvement

• Identify areas for cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Implement lean manufacturing or process optimization techniques
• Monitor KPIs such as output, downtime, and defect rates

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
• Enforce proper use of equipment and safety procedures
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams
• Prepare production reports and performance analysis
• Maintain proper documentation of processes and outputs

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Education:

• Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
