Management Trainee (Customer Service)
Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end customer service, managing inquiries, orders, deliveries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Process sales orders, delivery schedules, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to meet delivery timelines effectively.
- Follow up on issues across departments and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle customer issues including delivery delays, quality concerns, and shortages.
- Maintain strong relationships with key and long-term customers.
- Monitor order/shipment status and proactively update customers.
- Support packaging/artwork coordination with suppliers and assist in securing customer approvals.
- Prepare basic reports on orders, complaints, and customer feedback.
- Take initiative to improve processes and enhance customer service efficiency.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
- Capability to uphold confidentiality and manage delicate information discreetly.
- Willingness to learn.

Location: Unit 6-3, level 6, Wisma UOA Damansara II, 6 Changkat Semantan, 50490 KL.
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
