• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality requirements.
• Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and provide coaching to team members.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
