We're Hiring: Java Springboot Lead!

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise applications. This role provides hands-on technical leadership across the full SDLC, working closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and proven experience leading teams, preferably within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or eCommerce environments.

• Lead design and development of scalable, secure, high-performance applications.
• Provide technical guidance across the SDLC.
• Drive architecture discussions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure code quality, standards, and delivery excellence.
• Support estimation, planning, and risk management.
  
  

• Develop backend systems using Java, Spring Boot.
• Build REST APIs, microservices, event-driven systems.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply secure coding practices and troubleshoot critical issues.
  
  

• Mentor and guide engineers; promote best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Support team planning, task allocation, and decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
  

• Promote cloud-native, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
• Drive CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Work with architects on technology roadmaps.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies.
  
  

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate risks and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure delivery meets business, quality, and operational goals.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 8+ years in software engineering (Java focus).
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
