Job Summary

We are looking for proactive IT team members to support daily IT operations across our boutiques and coffee rooms. This role includes helpdesk support, server/network/firewall maintenance, POS and ERP system administration, and support for new store openings across multiple regions.


The ideal candidate should have experience in retail, F&B or Hospitality industry, strong knowledge of Windows and networking infrastructure, and hands-on experience with POS or ERP systems. You should be a strong problem-solver, able to work independently and collaboratively with regional teams and HQ IT.


Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day IT helpdesk support, hardware setups, etc.
  • Server Administration and Network/Firewall/VPN maintenance.
  • Manage and configure POS and ERP system settings.
  • Support and manage store opening projects across multiple regions.
  • Liaise with HQ IT for all group initiatives, protocols and systems implementation.


Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline minimally.
  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in similar or related role.
  • Relevant experience in Windows, Networking and Firewall administration, maintenance and technical support.
  • Experienced in Retail, F&B or Hospitality industry.
  • Experienced in at least one POS and/or ERP systems.
  • Experienced in configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills, great problem-solving skills.
  • Team player and independent in executing work-related jobs.
  • Occasional travelling might be required.
