Role Description The TGVB role at Strategic Sourcing Sphere is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The professional in this role will support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives, assisting with vendor evaluation, data collection, and analysis to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing reports and dashboards, and contributing to the implementation of sourcing strategies and process improvements. The role also involves supporting project documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements. This position offers opportunities to collaborate closely with consultants and category managers on client engagements and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including comfort with data analysis, reporting, and basic financial or cost comparisons.
• Knowledge of procurement or supply chain concepts, such as vendor management, sourcing processes, and contract or purchase order workflows (internship or project experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and basic databases or ERP tools); ability to learn new digital platforms quickly.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams and engage with stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with curiosity to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications or coursework in procurement/supply chain are an advantage.
• Prior experience or internships in consulting, procurement, or operations are beneficial but not mandatory for motivated early-career applicants.
