KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategically plan and analyze high-level software solutions leveraging functional and technical expertise.
• Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test scripts to ensure applications and technical environments meet business standards
• Provide dedicated support to key customers.
• Integrate technical and application components to align with business requirements.
• Design, code, and test program modules to meet design specifications.
• Perform detailed system analysis to enhance performance and reliability.
• Implement all necessary actions for successful application deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Recommend innovative technical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of backend development experience with Java.
• Expertise in user interface design, database structures, and statistical analysis.
• Strong commitment to collaborative problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Strong skills in core Java and J2EE, with a solid understanding of coding, design patterns, and relevant frameworks.
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, SOAP, RESTful Web Services, MVC frameworks like Hibernate and Spring, GitLab, and unit testing.
• Knowledge of system development diagrams, including Sequence Diagrams, UML, and Flow Charts
• Proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exceptional debugging, problem-solving, and investigative abilities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of MVC design patterns, or a willingness to learn.
• Preferred knowledge of accessibility and security compliance.
