Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Kuala Lumpur or Klang Valley. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across footwear, apparel, and accessories. Responsibilities include explaining product features and technologies, assisting with fitting and sizing, processing sales transactions, and handling exchanges or returns in line with store policies. The role involves maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restocking merchandise, and monitoring inventory levels. The Sales Associate will also support in-store promotions, share basic product care and running tips, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail or sales roles, preferably in sports, footwear, or apparel.
• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a solution-focused mindset.
• Interest in running, sports, or fitness, with willingness to learn detailed product knowledge and performance features.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems, handling cash and electronic payments, and following store procedures accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
• Prior retail experience is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
