Job Description: ERP Executive (IT)

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled ERP Executive (IT) to join our MIS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ERP system administration, database management, system customization, troubleshooting, and providing user support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ERP system administration, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• Manage, review, and validate database scripts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support and align business processes within the ERP system.
• Develop system customizations, enhancements, and reports based on business requirements.
• Handle ERP system troubleshooting, updates, patches, and continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with internal users and external vendors for system-related matters.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing system support to end-users.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ERP system support or administration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL programming for ERP databases.
• Experience in database analysis, management, and data validation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking users and stakeholders.
