Puncak Logam Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and motivated Procurement Executive to join our growing team.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

2–3 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Fully committed, responsible, and proactive in handling procurement activities.

Must be reachable via phone and responsive to urgent business requirements when necessary.

Experience in industrial products, valves, pipes, fittings, or engineering-related industries will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferably candidates residing in Shah Alam or nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and delivery terms.

• Prepare and process purchase orders.

• Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely procurement of materials.

• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Coordinate with internal departments to support project and operational requirements.
