Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, plans, and frameworks aligned to programme objectives.
2. Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across affected business units.
3. Define and track change adoption metrics, KPIs, and success criteria.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and programme teams.
5. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and working sessions to drive alignment and co-design solutions.
6. Partner with L&D teams to identify training needs and develop role-specific learning solutions.
7. Coordinate the delivery of training programmes, e-learning modules, and on-the-job support tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organisational transformation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading change across large-scale or complex programmes (e.g. ERP, digital transformation, restructuring, M&A).
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
