About the role
As a Sales Representative at Nippon Paint (HK) Company Limited, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. In this full-time position based in Tsuen Wan District, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs
Coordinate with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Accurately forecast sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor information
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the paint or coatings industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively negotiate with customers
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
Proficient in handling customer information and sales data
Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Fluency in Cantonese is essential
