Responsibilities

Assist in wine list design and implementation

Manage wine cellar and ensure proper storage

Recommend the most suitable wine to the guest and deliver excellent wine food pairing

Knowledgeable of all wine products being offered to guests

Maintain food safety and hygiene standard in workplace

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in hotel or upscale bar

Holder of WSET Certificate Level II is preferred

Professional beverage and wine knowledge

Practical knowledge of beverage operations and service

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance

Strong inter-personal and presentation skills

Good spoken in English & Mandarin is preferred
