The Role:
Work in the Operations Support team, responsible for leading the definition and end-to-end delivery of corporate client projects across the APAC region, covering all stages of the project lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales delivery.
Job Description:
- Engage in technical proposals and solutions to meet corporate clients’ requirements.including scoping and executing professional services for service commissioning.
- Define budget and schedule of projects based on a deep understanding of client requirements.
- Make or manage configuration and implementation of projects to ensure deliveries are satisfied on time and under budget. Manage and report on progress as scheduled.
- Manage configuration and implementation of projects to ensure timely delivery within budget, while monitoring and reporting project progress according to schedule.
- Establish and manage contractual relationships with suppliers, enabling technical and commercial solutions to support the sales team in winning deals.
- Engage in technical proposal development and solution design to meet client requirements.
- Provide customer support and assistance.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Telecom markets
- Possess PMP and CCNP/CCIE (or equivalent) certifications
- Abilities to perform Rack and Stack solution including deployment of Enterprise servers and networking equipment
