Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Real Estate Agent at IM Global Property Consultants Sdn. Bhd. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties; conducting property market research; offering expert advice on market trends; coordinating property viewings; and negotiating deals to meet client requirements. The Real Estate Agent will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of real estate, sales processes, and real property transactions
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting team sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in local property laws and regulations is an advantage
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally for property viewings and client meetings
