Event Executive (Media)

Your new company

You will be joining a growing media and advertising solutions provider, offering a diverse portfolio across outdoor advertising, digital media, and event-based marketing. The company works closely with SMEs and established brands, delivering impactful campaigns to enhance client visibility and engagement.


Your new role

The Event Executive role is a dynamic, client-facing position that combines event sales support with hands-on execution. It involves managing events from initial client enquiry and proposal development through to planning, coordination, and on-site delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The role also requires working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to handle logistics, budgets, and timelines, while maintaining strong relationships to drive successful events and repeat business.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in event management, with the ability to handle end-to-end event execution from planning to post-event reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills to manage clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in event logistics, timelines, and on-site operations, ensuring smooth execution
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, costing, and vendor sourcing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation preparation
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Positive, independent, and proactive attitude with flexibility to work irregular hours (weekends/public holidays)
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for client and vendor communication.
