Business Operations & Automation Manager

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Malaysia

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of Data Analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
• PMP and/or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational relationships with customers and business stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
• Identify risks, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support project delivery, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
