Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, and month/year-end closing.
Manage trade documentation, customs declarations, and correspondence with Trade, Customs & Commerce Bureau.
Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, and transportation companies.
Process Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, inventory management, repair & maintenance, and customer service related accounting matters.
Assist in digital transformation using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Microsoft ERP system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a recognized university in Hong Kong.
1-3 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Hands-on experience in international trade documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
Trilingual in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (all three languages are business working languages).
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and ERP systems.
Strong numerical sensitivity, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
High EQ and AQ, able to work smart and adapt to ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
