Programme Highlight:
A fulfilling, accelerated career development in hospitality industry;
Intensive and structured on-the-job training in focused department;
Job rotation and cross training in various operational functions;
Coaching, mentoring and buddy system;
Job shadowing with managers;
Exposure to senior management.

Job Requirements:
Tertiary graduate in hospitality management or related disciplines, with less than 2 years of working experience;
Determined to be a committed hotelier and with strong passion to grow and excel;
Proactive, energetic, responsible, agile, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
Good command of spoken and written English is highly preferred;
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and an excellent team player;
Willing to perform shift duties.
Programme Intake: August 2026
