Responsibilities:
Assist in verifying documents and information with customer and/ or staff

Conducting interview and/ or survey with customers and/ or staff

Responsible for answering phone calls and handling inquiries

Requirements:
Form 5 or above

Relevant experience in customer services field is preferable

Good interpersonal skill

Initiative, independent and willing to learn
