Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Learn to conduct on‑site testing and commissioning of systems to ensure they are fully operational.
Learn and apply troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve fundamental technical issues.
Perform hardware component swaps and replacements under guidance and according to approved safety procedures.
Support senior team members with routine system maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs at customer sites.
Respond to incoming service requests and support incidents promptly, adhering to team service timelines.
Log and document test results, troubleshooting steps, and actions taken in clear, accurate service reports.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal engineering, support, and logistics teams to learn the escalation process and request spare parts.
Maintain strict compliance with all company safety standards and customer site regulations.
Provide polite, clear updates to customers regarding the progress of their service requests.
Help the team with system upgrades and basic validation or site acceptance testing as needed.
Requirements:
F.5 or above
1-2 years working experience in IT support
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
