Responsibilities:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 are required. Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCDA) are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years focused on network infrastructure projects.
• Experience in MNC and FSI in Network or Infrastructure project base
• Experience in financial services or multinational corporations is highly preferred.
• Experience in leading critical change projects and market rehearsals for trading systems.
• Experience in budget planning and cost optimization.
• Experience in vendor management, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with data center relocation and hardware refresh projects.
• Proficiency in project lifecycle management, UAT, SIT, and performance testing.
• Willingness to support weekend work or off-hours activities as required by the project schedule. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to engage all levels of management, influence stakeholders, and build consensus effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
