Job Responsibilities:
Be fully conversant with spa services and facilities
Handle and accurately record all guest bookings for spa services
Upsell spa services and spa products
Enhance guest recognition at all times by interacting with guests them on a professional level
Job Qualifications:
Experience in hotel Spa operation in an upscale, deluxe hotel is preferred
Good interpersonal skills and service oriented
Cheerful, outgoing and guest oriented
