Are you ready to stand out among the next-generation of hospitality leaders? We are looking for Assistant Chief Concierge at Front Office Department:
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct Concierge associates to ensure a smooth running of the Concierge operations and all related areas on a day to day basis so as to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Maintain a professional, friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests and colleagues.
Anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
Job Qualifications:
High Diploma or Degree in hotel management or related disciplines preferred.
5 years' of relevant experience preferably in luxury hotels.
Good communication skills and conversational in English and Putonghua.
Strong knowledge of the community, area and region.
Familiar with the events and attractions, tours, travel routes, and transportation schedules.
