Are you ready to stand out among the next-generation of hospitality leaders? We are looking for Concierge Officer at Front Office Department:
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional, friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests and colleagues.
Anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
Ensure luggage delivery is efficient in accordance to the hotel service standards and procedures.
Assist in the movement of vehicles at the hotel’s front entrance.
Job Qualifications:
Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred
Good communication skills and conversational in English and Putonghua.
Strong knowledge of the community, area and region.
Familiar with the events and attractions, tours, travel routes, and transportation schedules.
